Preserved Finger Citrus with Licorice 甘草佛手桔

佛手柑，乃食療珍宝，因果实呈长瓣，状如手指，故名佛手。陈金福遵循古人智慧，深悉本土食材特质，蜜渍佛手柑和桔子，裹上甘草，风味完整封存，成了甘酸至美的佛手桔。

Bergamot, is a precious treasure in food therapy. The fruit has long lobes shaped like fingers, which is why it is called “Buddha’s Hand.” Following the wisdom of the ancients and with a deep understanding of local ingredients, Tan Kim Hock preserved the flavors of bergamot and tangerine with honey, coating them with licorice. This creates the sweet and sour delicacy known as “Buddha’s Hand Tangerine.”
