Bergamot, is a precious treasure in food therapy. The fruit has long lobes shaped like fingers, which is why it is called “Buddha’s Hand.” Following the wisdom of the ancients and with a deep understanding of local ingredients, Tan Kim Hock preserved the flavors of bergamot and tangerine with honey, coating them with licorice. This creates the sweet and sour delicacy known as “Buddha’s Hand Tangerine.”
