Tan Kim Hock may from time to time set credit limits for individual Customer(s) and Tan Kim Hock reserves the right to limit sales and quantities of Product(s) including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers and to revise, suspend or discontinue a Product(s), sale or promotion at any time without prior notice to the Customer(s).

8. Discrepancies on the final bill may be due to out-of-stock products, substitutions, special offers and daily price changes.
